Announcing the Open Scientific Library

The Open Scientific Library (OSL) is a free, open-source library for scientific and statistical computing in Fortran. The development of the OSL has been opened to the public and a website has been created at libosl.org to host the project.
The OSL is currently in a very early stage. Development can be followed in the Git repository, which is browsable at http://libosl.org/git/osl.git and clonable at git://libosl.org/git/osl.git.
